Refund Policy
Coco Japanese (hereinafter referred to as "this service") has established the following refund policy to ensure that you can use our lessons with peace of mind.
1. Cancellation before the lesson begins
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson begins, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the lesson.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson starting time will not be refunded.
2. No-shows
If you are absent without prior notice, no refunds or transfers will be made.
3. Cancellation or postponement due to circumstances of this service
In the following cases, we will provide a full refund or a make-up lesson.

Other reasons attributable to the responsibility of this service
4. When there are unavoidable circumstances
If we determine that there are unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters, sudden illness, or significant delays in transportation, we will respond flexibly on an individual basis.
5. Refund Policy
As a general rule, refunds will be made using the same payment method as used at the time of payment.
Due to the specifications of the payment service, it may take several days for the refund to be processed.
If a transaction fee is incurred, it may be deducted from the refund amount.
